The home is brand new and in terrific condition and very well done. The layout is perfect with the great room, dining table and kitchen all providing plenty of space and interaction for a large group. All of the amenities and appliances are top of the line and the kitchen and house in general has all that you need for a very comfortable stay. We stayed at the house for a long weekend in the winter and it is a very convenient location for skiing, tubing and hiking in the state parks. Would imagine it would be a beautiful and perfect location at any point during the year given the heavily wooded property providing privacy and large deck, fire pit and yard providing plenty of reasons to spend time outside. After busy days outside we enjoyed relaxing and playing games at the house. The set-up at the house makes it easy to be comfortable, relax and enjoy cooking and hanging out with family or friends. The unfinished basement was a little too cold to sleep in winter, but would probably be fine any other time of year. All the property descriptions are accurate and the amenities are probably better than advertised. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to explore the Laurel Highlands during any season or just relax and spend time with family or friends. Joe L. Stayed December 2016
